Simply contact your local broker and notify us of the circumstances of your loss including the date, time and a description of what has occurred. We will then get your claim underway.
Let your broker know if there is any need for emergency treatment or repairs. They will provide you with the information you need to get things sorted.
Return any claim documents to your broker, along with any supporting documentation (quote, images, police report etc.) and other relevant information that you may have.
We will manage your claim with your insurer and keep you informed every step of the way.
